Our Director
She has over 21 years experience in the area of working with clients who have had self-esteem, relationship, and mental health issues. She has a masters degree in counseling and is licensed in this field. She has spent several years as a licensed professional counselor working with children and and adult survivors of sexual abuse. Her passion is to see people emancipated from all emotional road blocks that keep them from establishing healthy relationships, life goals or pursuing their dreams.
She has a heart of immense passion for people. She has been a motivator, self-esteem builder, encourager, and had helped people build healthy relationships for over 25 years.
She specializes in helping those who are recovering from trauma or sexual abuse, rejection issues, suicide prevention, low self-worth, and relationship issue. She has counseled many who were challenged with low self-esteem, relationship crises as well as psychological problems.
Her helping people push past pain, relationship disconnects, achieve life goals, and possess thriving relationships is a remarkable accomplishment.
Literary Contributions
She is a published author. She is currently writing another book on relationship strengthening surrounding deep emotional divides. Her second book is a multi-level curriculum for use by clinical professionals, parents, and persons who have regular contact with young children. It's utilized as a prevention and speak up tool, to decrease child sexual abuse. Her last book is a simple but effective parental childhood sexual abuse prevention guide.
She currently writes Motivational Moments to inspire others, (@sheencourages) and Relationship Rules for building or strengthening relationships found on the Internet or App locations.

Her specialty is childhood sexual abuse recovery and prevention. She is filled with tenacity, drive, and determination to see people set free from low self-esteem, relationship road blocks, depression, emotional trauma, and abuse.
Credentials /Work Experience
She is the consultant and director of prevention training services and of her own nonprofit organization.
These trainings equip communities, schools, parents, guardians, faith-based organizations, clinical entities, youth-serving organizations, and social service agencies.
The Missouri Dept. of Mental Health Certified her as a Children’s Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale Trainer. She has been the Director of a Battered Women's shelter where she worked on the Steering Committee for the Mayor's Task Force against Domestic Violence. She previously was the CEO of her own Multi-Cultural counseling service. While running her own private counseling practice, she maintained multiple state agency, EAP, and mental health counseling contracts. She is a licensed professional counselor and has an M. A. in counseling and B.A. in Child Development.
Her career spans over twenty-five year's experience in the area of psychology where she is found motivating women, families, and children. Included in her experience was the privilege of being a National Drug Court Speaker. She also held the position as Mental Health Court Program Manager and has been a certified Gatekeeper suicide prevention instructor.
She holds certificates from RAINN.ORG. She has received three certificates from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Lastly, she has a certificate from Dating Matters: Understanding Teen Dating Violence Prevention, from the Center of Disease Control and Prevention.
